Here we go! Do what works, smaller portions, eat when hungry, no evening snacks, listen to tapes.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Another tactic -- I turn off the t.v. earlier (before all of those outrageously enticing restaurant ads). I'm reading more and getting better quality of sleep.
