Ending my fast with my 'balance fibre' & last nights leftovers. Paneer butter curry & cauli rice 😋😋😋🤤 really pleased to see the number coming back down....
146.8 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
