The scary thing about this is just how much weight I have LOST through Illness. My post Christmas weigh in 5 days ago was 88.8kg meaning I've lost 2kg in 5 days. Food and water intake have been high but healthy, Only managed to work out twice due to illness. This shows just how much energy your body uses fighting infection. The only thing I am concerned about is losing my christmas weigh too fast, as that will be including muscle.
Try not to get disheartened people, i'm not. It's so hard being good at Christmas, just don't try, there is no point. If you know you are well behaved for the other 51 weeks of the year, just use it to blow out. For instance my commitment to the cause and myself already means I know I am going to be where I want to be in a very short space in time.
