Beer and seafood last night, but - 600 g. Hmmmm🤔 So, what's my real weight!? 😂
155.2 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Very good though I’m sure our bad days don’t reflect for 48 hours or more. I’m waiting to see what my tomorrow brings too.
