Not sure our scale is accurate. Haven't find much different this week.
I have decided I cannot color my hair until I am down to 250lbs. My roots is all I can do. I need to get a move on!
278.4 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 80.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
