The retreat I attended this weekend was a wonderful experience. I only let myself emotionally eat once. I managed to keep up the exercise and hydration routine. Yesterday my now soon-to-be ex-husband confirmed we would be separating and divorcing. So despite high stress with work, relationships, and a change of lifestyle, I am still attending to my needs and leaning on others I trust for strength and support. I can see the other side of this and it isn't a train coming down the tunnel.
268.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
