today was my third day. I can see where this is going to be tough. I know it wouldn't be ready but I think it is going to be a lot harder than I thought.
149.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just take it one day at a time...each day of success and sticking to your plan is motivation to keep going and will get you positive results. I don't know what eating plan you're doing but I've found that with planning ahead and choosing the right foods I'm able to eat enough to not be hungry and still get decent weight loss.

Gained 5 lbs over the holiday so am going back to phase 1. Made arrangements for my gym training for the New Year, looking forward to the grind. May all your goals be reached as planned :)

I am counting calories... My goal is 1600 a day. So far I have done well with that. Also, my sister and I joined the YMCA. I do soo much better with a workout buddy. On Sunday we sat down and planned our 4 workouts for the week and all of our meals. That really helps. I am optimistic!!
