Rehydrated from New Year's Eve. My plan is to drop about 2 kg per month for 5 months then stabilize for a while. Pilates and sensible eating will do it for me.
189.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
