New Year = New Weight and Health Goals

1. Loss 15 lbs.
2. 100 oz. water daily
3. Healthier diet including breakfast
4. Strength and Cardio training
5. Swimming
6. Eat 1 severing of veggies a day.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
