I know this is cliche, but here's my new year's resolution - "self improvement."
Self improvement emotionally, spiritually, and lastly, physically. Yes, physical improvement is last. Unless I have my spiritual and emotional self in order, then the physical self won't matter.
So my plan of action is daily Bible reading, reading books about emotional/mental health along with no dating, and careful exercise/eating.
