I know this is cliche, but here's my new year's resolution - "self improvement."

Self improvement emotionally, spiritually, and lastly, physically. Yes, physical improvement is last. Unless I have my spiritual and emotional self in order, then the physical self won't matter.

So my plan of action is daily Bible reading, reading books about emotional/mental health along with no dating, and careful exercise/eating.

Here's to a happy and healthy new year!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Sounds awesome...except no dating?? I don't understand. I'm pretty much in the same mindset you are.

I just came out of a relationship, and I feel like I need to take a break from dating for 3-6 months just to be able to get my priorities straight and not muddy the waters emotionally. Make sense?
