It is exciting to see the scale go down! This loss is for a two week time period. With the weekend at my son's college graduation and then the holidays, I didn't get my weigh in last week! I am still amazed that I am able to get through all of this craziness and still be on track! I am proud of myself! I did splurge on some traditional foods on Christmas Day and back on track the day after! ☺️ That is exactly what my Dr told me to do! It is awesome to have the help from a Dr who truly gets that real life is not as simple as never eating certain foods ever again. I know for me that doesn't work. If I can't "have" it, then I crave it more! I have learned to enjoy small amounts of these "forbidden" foods and not splurging. I feel it is a real accomplishment for me and my journey this time around. I look at food and eating so differently than I ever have and thanks again for the Dr who is guiding me to live a healthier and happier life! ☺️ 2015 is going to be a great year!

Great loss and through the holidays too! I feel the same way about no food being forbidden...just practice moderation :)
