i didnt watch my food intake over the holiday weekend. i also didnt work out last week because i was moving to a new place. i have to stop making excuses and continue with progress.
212.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 67.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
