I made it through Christmas and didn't eat any of the carby foods. I maintained ketosis all the way. The 2.6 lbs gain might just be normal fluctuation, or too much of a fatty cheese ball I ate. Just too many calories. Beginning to get frustrated that I am not really losing weight doing keto/atkins. It might just be that I am having to many calories or just a tad to much carbs, or just plainly that I am not getting the exercise that I need. Exercise needs to be one of my highest priorities, I keep on saying it. Dang I need to make it happen.
