Holidays are over, now back to normal. That being said, I'm rethinking the 190lb goal. That may be a little too much weight to lose. When I got there I felt great, but family and friends became concerned. I kept getting asked if I was sick. I've started doing body weight exercises along with the cardio. I'm leaving the 190 goal set for a while but I don't intend to go back. I'd like to stay under 200, but for my body frame I'm thinking that staying between 200 & 210 might be best. At least I now know that I could make it and maintain the weight. That in and of itself has boosted my confidence greatly. Being 52 I don't expect to ever get to what I could have been in my 20s or 30s. I just want to maintain a healthy active lifestyle. After all, men in my family live to their 90s (my father passed away at 93), so I need to make the most of the next 40 years.
203.8 lb Lost so far: 115.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
