going to try fasting today I have watched what I eat and rode bike but still gained got to try harder this last 10-16 pounds is giving me a lot of trouble but I will win
169.0 lb Lost so far: 74.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
