Wifey9707 hahah 😆 yeah if anyone wants to know how carb Intake and meal timing impact scale weight and water retention all the need to do is watch my weigh ins 😄 🤣 Monday was a normal day of calories and carbs Tuesday was super high calories and carbs to make up for the run so I went up 1.8 lbs then yesterday was a lower calorie and carbs day because I didn't lift so I dropped 2.8 lbs I'm nothing but a big sack of water 😄
