I am steadily lossing which is good. I have changed my eating habits and eliminated salt from my diet. What I have noticed is that my food taste salty and I get leg cramps at night. A lot of my weight was "water weight". I will continue with the modified diet which will become the way that I should eat to maintain my body weight.
215.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 65.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
