Well, no weight loss this week, but that's ok. It stayed the same. Maybe my body just is adjusting. I'm sure there will be a loss next week. I'm not adding in any new foods this week nor changing my net carb count. i'm just going to keep at 25 net carbs and keeping strawberries and blueberries every other day (and no more than 1/2 cup on the days I do have one of those). I may eat less Atkins bars/shakes, and see if that helps some though.
189.2 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
