Yesterday, we went to Tung Lok dinner buffet and ate a lot! I hope to reduce to goal weight by end of this week!

Breakfast - oatmeal
Lunch - Soupy stuffs
Dinner - Rice + Veg Only

** No tidbits and chocolates for two weeks!**
118.8 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.6 lb a week
