Ugh God. Husband having Covid last week was overwhelming, having to work full time while also making sure I plan his meals for the day etc as well as mine. With work being stressful and deadlines for uni, I just had to let something go and that something was the gym. Now everything's back to normal I must get back into the routine, starting tomorrow!
