Had a slip up, a cheat meal on Friday turned into a cheat weekend and I ate so much omg, but mistakes happen, back into it again today ... 90% of the gain is water and bloating so that should hopefully drop in a day or two
142.6 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
