Woot! Moving on down :)

Almost made my goal of exercizing every day this week, only missing a day. My new goal is less ambitious - cardio 5 days of the week, and strength training 2 days of the week. They can both be on the same day, so I can rest a day or two.

167.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
