Well, up a little after the week long event. I dont think thats terrible considering we had food from the restaurant every night and a couple beers to cap the day. I like beer, but I dont really have it often. I made my step all but one day, but Ive been pretty solitary since.

Trying to keep the snacking in check, but its hard because Im doing work that I dont want to do so... Im trying to be more mindful now that Ive realized that Im doing it.
271.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 89.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week
