This I didn't expect! since it was my birthday yesterday I spent a lot of time eating. so I was worried that this weigh in would be a bit higher.
today is probably the last weigh in for a while since I'm leaving on holiday.
so I'm glad that at least it's a good one!

Never live your life worrying about weight that is not what you are on this earth to do. You are here to experience life and part of that is learning how to enjoy the abundance around us without over indulging. Your birthday is a special occasion as this is the day you decide to tell the world I am here. Your parents consider you their special gift as you came just before Christmas and they celebrated that day and every birthday since so you should celebrate. Just remember as you are on holiday take responsibility for your own actions where food and exercise are concerned.
