Had a really rough night last night, my kid woke up at 1:30 by puking in my bed so I’ve been up since pretty much then cleaning up the worst of all human bodily fluids. I’ve been nauseous and feeling sick too but have to pull it together for the kiddos. Nothing sounds good to eat right now but I’m making them oatmeal and popsicles for breakfast to ease them back into having something in their stomachs. I’m eating a popsicle and having some black coffee and just hoping this nausea goes away ASAP 😭
158.2 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks y’all ❤️ I still feel like I got hit by a drunk then dragged 8 miles by rabid coyotes lol, but my kids feel better! Idk whether to be stoked that they feel better so quickly or wallow in the fact that I still have to get up and be a mom instead of having a few days of lazing on the couch with them 😂
