I hate you

Who knows why and how but this better be gone, I need my calorie counting book, does anyone know a good brand of calorie watches? I'm not happy so so so sooooooo not happy
147.7 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.1 lb a week

Don't stress. You've done it before and you'll do it again! Don't starve yourself please then we tend to not last and end up binging and feel upset. Lots of love to you my dear.

Many people would love to be your size. Dont beat yourself up about. Just make slow permanent changes to see it last.

Hey guys, thanks for the advice, it's kinda hard not to freak out a bit but I have done more research and have found a solution.
