Calories burned are continuing to exceed intake handily. Glucose 21-day average 96 mg/dl (4.9 A1C equivalent) 1.5tsp morning honey feeling like it is helping to suppress hunger in the morning and early afternoon. My one major food weakness remains cheap pot noodles (ramen). I am finding a meticulous recording of intake and exercise/activity beneficial. I figure half the weight I am losing is probably water weight as I have been dealing with some significant edema. Started taking in at least ([current weight]/2) oz of fluid (mostly water in the form of Clear American flavored sparkling water) at the beginning of the week; I'm still a little dehydrated based on the turgor test.
280.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
