Great day today!!!! Hit my first goal of 200 pounds with a weigh in of 199.5 pounds!!!!!! The first time I have been under 200lbs in 2 decades. I still have a lot of work to do and want to lose another 15-20 pounds while continuing to add muscle mass.

For those that are getting frustrated by the ups and downs, please keep up the hard work and stay on your path to a healthier lifestyle. I can say that it will pay off and you will get there!!!!
199.5 lb Lost so far: 105.3 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
