Restart today : My way
Mng: Glass water with Lions Mane,coffee and collagan creamer
Lunch: lettuce & cheeses and coffee with creamer.
Supper: Glass water ,Brown Rice, lentil & paneer and carrot salad/ pickle
155.9 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
