Concentrating on IBS diet rather than weight loss. At festival on Saturday I ate a knockwurst in hot dog roll and paid dearly in pain and gas, eventually 4 dessertspoons of home made natural yoghurt offered some relief - interesting. Edit: Here it is, Monday morning and I have only had two mugs of coffee - now burping a lot. I am about to replace my beloved Aussie-grown morning coffees with green tea, sigh.
