Concentrating on IBS diet rather than weight loss. At festival on Saturday I ate a knockwurst in hot dog roll and paid dearly in pain and gas, eventually 4 dessertspoons of home made natural yoghurt offered some relief - interesting.
Edit: Here it is, Monday morning and I have only had two mugs of coffee - now burping a lot. I am about to replace my beloved Aussie-grown morning coffees with green tea, sigh.
185.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think dairy is becoming more of a problem than realised. I take 2 sips of milk and my abdomen swells and well yeah we all know what else happens... Try almond milk it's softer on the tummy and a great way to cut calories and get your intake of nuts without trying.

i have the same problems with my gut since i was a kid. i've tried the paleo diet on and off after much research and it seems to work really well for my problems :)
