got the basis peak. so far loving it. the info it provides is incredible. celebration dinner last night. I had biscuits and gravy eggs with cheese and bacon. I did walk in the afternoon but the evening I sat on my but like a king and watched a movie on the couch. it was a nice change of pace. but, in all reality I've felt off on the inside every since mainly because of all the bread and gravy and cheese I've gotten used to not eating. but my tongue was very happy during that meal :)
296.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
