I suck. I'm lost. I fell off the wagon. AAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNN!!!!!
I have no idea what to do. :(
226.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 5.7 lb a week

Hang in there. We've all tried and failed and tried again. You can do it, get a good nights sleep, regroup and set new priorities. Hope you feel better tomorrow.

Tommorrow is a new day. Giving up won't get you any closer to your goal so just get back on and do your best to learn from whatever mistakes you made. I have a challenge posted that starts labor day called "Do the math" that's about monitoring what you eat in a new way so you can be more proactive and in control of your diet. Why don't you join us and see if it helps you figure out how to approach things from a different perspective. Whatever you do just don't give up.
