Exercise now at 3 x a day for 10 min each. I'm also making sure to get up from my work desk every 20-40 mins for 5 mins.
287.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
