Did the Step/Sculpt class yesterday and remembered what I loathe about exercising in front of a mirror: I can see all the lumps and bumps. In the water I feel powerful and beautiful and graceful. On land, I feel clumsy while exercising. I am glad I did the Aqua Aerobics for 8 weeks before taking a land class as it helped me be strong enough to complete the class and get a lot out of it.
And this is the week I, personally, am looking at my food. I feel ready. I want to create a healthy diet for myself, and make sure I'm getting enough of everything. I notice my meals are carb-heavy and that I don't plan enough, which leads to poor choices and binging. That changes now.
