Fell off (eating so much junk and wasn’t consistent at gym) for about three days and it shows. Here’s to sticking to the calorie budget and training this week- and making sure to work around the load shedding and power outages! 🔋🔋
207.2 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
