So I guess it was water weight that I had gained. I did have some foods higher in sodium over the weekend. My body is also still getting used to my new routine I guess. Needless to say, I am happy to see the drop.
I did see a YouTube video yesterday were a female fitness competitor mentioned how she retains more water weight whenever she eats out.

Yay! Great loss! It's scary to see how much little things can have so much hidden salt in them. It's like yesterday was a bad day for me. I was weak and had a few extra things. One being 2 corn dogs...1800mgs of sodium. Almost a days worth of sodium in a snack...ugh!

Oh wow, that's a lot. I am thinking of starting to keep tabs of my sodium instead of my sugar since I am just having my fruit in the early part of the day and I have greatly reduced my processed sugar intake. Thanks BigBear 2015!
