I have been jogging more than ever - along with doing the stairs trying to counteract my excessive eating, but it is not having much effect on reducing or stemming my weight gain. I have also been walking from work to Grand Central Station most evenings. However, the enjoyment of cakes, cup cakes with coconut frosting, pies, cookies and much more are no match for all the additional workouts.
Stay tuned, approximately 30 days more of food eating and celebrations to go.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
