Soooo, all my blood results are in. One of my health care professionals recommended I read THE PALEO APPROACH (S. Ballentyne) to educate me on how certain foods react in the body. who knew they could cause such havoc. I decided to try my best to eliminate the majority of processed foods I've been eating and stick to the basics of meat, eggs, fruit, veggies and seasonings. Goodbye coffee, protein bars, starch, sugar, and many other food staples. I am weaning some out and going cold turkey on others. I also am starting several new supplements to try and bring inflammation down in my body as that is what my blood tests showed. Am hoping this simplified diet brings me better health and some weight loss.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
