I'm down the the "vanity pounds."

While I could stand to lose 4 more pounds (at MAX!), I am actually really satisfied with my weight where it is at.

I think it's important as a young woman to truly assess why I am doing this: I started out wanting to heal my body and relearn how to love it based on it's limitations. I need to make sure this doesn't become about "vanity" (like the term "vanity pounds" means) . . . bc that can get dangerous. I knew too many girls during my undergrad that went down a really bad road and lost sight of what was healthy.

I'm taking the GRE Thursday. I've had a pain in my chest for the past weeks and I thought at first I had bruised a rib but then I realized it was anxiety. I really don't want to take this test.

109.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
