I took a week off from counting calories during Christmas week and allowed myself to enjoy all the holiday season had to offer. Big mistake, I gained 20 pounds in that time. A lot was probably water weight, but I was shocked how much I gained in a short amount of time. I can proudly announce after a month of kicking my ass I’m back to my pre-Christmas weight. 🙂
246.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
