this morning I got up and went swimming for an hour and a half it was fun an exilerating. I finallcan swim with my eyes open and I can swim with out holding my nose I finally got rid of that fear and pushed my self.
263.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
