I had about 8 hours of sleep again tonight, but still tough waking up. lol I'm alert but keep yawning. wtf. My legs aren't really sore today either, I mean they were barely sore yesterda so it's pretty great to think that after 3 miles I'm good!. I think I over at with breakfast this morning. I had 1 cup of honey bunches of oats w/ about 3/4 cups of 2% milk. And I'm pretty full. I need to remember to eat a ton less, and snack in between! Going to the grocery store tonight so I'll be able to pick up snack foods. We have a 4 mile tempo run on the schedule for today. We'll see how I do with 2 miles of fast paced running sandwiched between 2 slow miles.

Keep up the good work, hun! If you're feeling tired, try doing some push-ups to get the blood flowing. It will wake you up, tone those arms more, and help retain some muscle that running so much will take away.
Can't wait to see you sexier than you are now. If that's possible.
