Yesterday i had a let loose day lol. i just ate like a maniac. It was good, but going back on my grind today. I'll be having a trial 1 week low carb diet. Not Atkins low, but low nonetheless.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
