I am pleased with my weight but still want to tighten up some saggy flesh/fat across my belly. My life circumstances make it difficult to stick to an exercise plan and pain in my knee make it difficult to walk a long way or time for exercise. I'm just going to keep plugging away at it and I am still delighted with the benefits of the gluten reduced diet.I would guess that my diet is 95% gluten free.
