Took over two weeks off from calorie counting, maintained small meals where it was easy and convenient but had weddings, parties and Thanksgiving and enjoyed them all. Started this week back on watching everything I ate, decided I would weigh myself to know where I stood, and yay! still managed to come down. I feel good about the prospect of reaching my goal and my bigger goal of maintaining the weight permanently.
141.4 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.2 lb a week
