Went out drinking last night and had a bite of colleague's apple crumble. Boo. Still, a pound lighter today so giving up on the candy has had a great effect. Discovered that adding a teaspoon of honey and a few almonds makes greek yogurt edible. Still not my favourite but the protein really does keep me full all the way to lunch!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
