I did a steak day on Thursday December 4th I'm going to do an apple day Friday December 5th I've got to get this number back to 128. 8 or below I've been eating a lot of high fat foods cream cheese heavy cream but stay away from the cheese been really hungry for protein and fat. The fat seems to really get me over 130.
