Much more energy during workout this morning and energy during the day. Enjoying figuring out how eat for energy and rebuilding muscle and still cutting calories. Weight was down a pound this morning...hopeful that careful eating will pay off.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
