Most of this is just getting rid of the bloating from the junk food over December, from now on it will be slower but hopefully actually some fat loss, I just need to stay consistent
144.2 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
