Surprised with the weight loss this time! 3 lbs in a day!? I treated myself with a cheat meal, which really wasn't one: a Mediterranean salad with gyro meat, and a side of pita with hummus. So freaking delicious, but unfortunately quite potent with sodium, so things may even out by tomorrow.
169.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Drink loads of water and flush the salt out! The 3 lbs loss might just stay :)
